Hersch is an independent creative business based in Valencia, Spain, specialising in handcrafted jewellery, wearable art, creative workshops, and related artistic services.
Each product is individually handcrafted or produced in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish may occur. These variations are inherent to the creative process and do not constitute defects.
While every effort is made to present products accurately, colours and appearance may vary depending on individual screen settings and devices.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Hersch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraudulent activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€).
Prices may be updated without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout will apply to your purchase.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify and its authorised payment providers. Hersch does not store or have access to your complete payment card information.
Shipping times, delivery estimates, and applicable shipping charges are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Hersch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review this policy before placing an order.
Workshop bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Should Hersch need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to illness, venue availability, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.
Additional booking conditions may apply and will be communicated during the booking process.
All content available on this website, including but not limited to jewellery designs, photographs, artwork, illustrations, logos, branding, graphics, workshop materials, and written content, remains the intellectual property of Hersch unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.
This website is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which Hersch offers its products and services.
Purchases made through this website are entered into directly with Hersch. Shopify is not responsible for the products or services offered by Hersch.
